Truck consignment of mobile television
broadcasting units

For the television broadcast of the Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sotschi (Russia) they needed mobile television broadcasting units. These are produced and mounted with the entire electronic telecommunication equipment inter alia in Germany.

 
On behalf of a Russian television broadcaster we were allowed to execute such transportation from the German vehicle outfitter right up to the Russian end customer.

To secure the very expensive telecommunication equipment the units had to be completely sealed in foil before loading. Furthermore, the transport was accompanied by a security patrols throughout the entire distance.

The first 7 fully electronically equipped Mercedes Sprinter started their journey from Bingen to Moscow in July 2011.

In the following months even more transports with fully equipped truck trailers followed.
